The Work A Coach Can’t Do
And what we can do.
If you’re a Coach reading this, I know you have that client.
The one you’re RACKING your brain at 11pm trying to figure out the magic solution for. What blood test am I missing? What supplement should we try that I haven’t ? Maybe if I have her track 4 days a week instead of 7 she’ll hit her macros, Maybe she just needs another meal prep recipe ….
And yet, she just keeps ending in the same loop of lack of gym progress, scale isn’t moving, gut issues, skipped check ins, fatigue, inconsistency ….
you may not be missing anything .
Whatever this client’s goals, if you are: truly showing up for your clients, asking questions, leveraging your tools , referring them to other professionals (because it takes a team ) and supporting them -
What they often need is the work that you can not do for them.
At the end of the day- Coaches are not saviors.
And that’s a good thing
